Give the gift that supports our Downtown Ortonville small businesses – Holiday Bucks Program
Ortonville DDA is once again excited to partner with Consumers Energy's to support the recovery of the local shops that make our downtown home! As part of the Ortonville Downtown Development Authority's Cyber Monday special offer, the Consumers Energy's Our Town dollar-for-dollar match will create a Buy One Get One opportunity for our Downtown Dollars program we're calling Holiday BOGO Bucks.
For a limited time, Downtown Ortonville shoppers can purchase Holiday Bucks and have them matched by the generous support from Consumers Energy. That means $10 becomes $20 and $50 becomes $100 while supplies last. Holiday Bucks can be purchased online or in person at the Village Office - 476 Mill Street. Online purchases can be picked up at the Village Office.
Holiday BOGO Bucks are available only while supplies last and come in $10 certificates. Purchases eligible for the match are limited to $100 per person for a total of $200 in Holiday BOGO Bucks per person over the lifetime of the promotion.

Holiday BOGO Bucks are going FAST. Stop by the Village Office at 476 Mill Street to order yours while supplies last. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 9am to 5pm. We can only accept Cash or Checks in the office. Call to check availability at 248-627-4976.
Downtown Dollars FAQs
Downtown Dollars is a gift certificate program for participating shops, services, restaurants, and attractions.
Downtown Dollars are different than other gift cards because of their mission to support local shopping, services and dining in the downtown area. By purchasing and using Downtown Dollars, you are directly supporting the local merchants who make our community a unique and vibrant place to be.
You can find a list of participating businesses on the brochure you receive with your purchase or at www.ortonvilledda.org. Each participating business will also have Downtown Dollars marketing material on their door, window or at the checkout. We are currently signing local merchants up for the program.
Downtown Dollars are sold in $10.00 denominations. All sales are final. There are no cancelations, exchanges, or refunds.
Downtown Dollars expire 12 months from the date it was issued.
No. All Sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Participating businesses can give change from a Downtown Dollar purchase. The Ortonville DDA and participating businesses are not responsible for Downtown Dollars that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
Downtown Dollars are available through the Ortonville Downtown Development Authority at the Village Offices – 476 Mill Street, Ortonville. Some participating businesses may elect to purchase Downtown Dollars to sell at their stores. Coming soon, Downtown Dollars will be available for purchase on the DDA website – www.ortonvilledda.org. Additional processing and mailing fees may apply.
The method of payment for the remaining balance will be determined by the participating business.
Return policies will follow the policies of the participating business.
