Organization Committee Chair
Builds consensus and partnerships between the many vested stakeholders throughout a downtown to create a volunteer base in which everyone is working toward the same goal. Volunteers are coordinated and supported by a paid program director. This structure not only divides the workload and clearly delineates responsibilities, but also builds consensus and cooperation among the various stakeholders for ongoing management.

- Update the DDA development plan as appropriate
- Elevate Friends of AMOS as an organization through fund and board development
- Ensure compliance with the new DDA law
- Focus on tangible improvements, small highly visible improvements
- Facilitate Fund Develpment Plan adopted in December 2018
- Create strategy to identify and apply for project specific grants
